Local celebrity chef Adrianne Calvo hosts this season's must attend food, wine, beer, and baseball festival, February 18th at Marlins Park. Taste of Miami unites the city's globally inspired culinary scene with our pennant-chasing MLB team, the Miami Marlins. Actually, "unite" is not the word, as the evening's flagship cooking competition pits a handful of the squad's most beloved players against chefs from some of the best restaurants in Miami for a showdown that's sure to be as exciting as it is deliciously hilarious. And what sort of Florida food fest would it be if there weren't unlimited gourmet bites, craft beer, and wine? Well, it wouldn't be this one, that's for sure...

What's On the Grill & On-Tap

Every day until the event, more Miami restaurants and breweries are getting involved, so be sure to check the list at the same site you order your tickets and plan your gastronomical attack. Currently, a few standouts include:

  • Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar - The evening's hostess is also the visionary mastermind behind this worldly upscale eatery.
  • Sabores by Chef James - We're all crossing our fingers for an ample selection of the myriad types of guacamole prepared at this tropical Latin gem.
  • Wynwood Brewing Company - A hip arts district mainstay, the flavorful craft brews coming out of this place are nothing short of sublime.
  • MIA Brewing Company - Imagine Miami in a pint glass and that's what these beers capture, from laid-back beach vibes to lively parties on your palate.
